Do you ship nationwide and internationally?
Yes! We ship nationwide via LBC and internationally through DHL. Rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
How long does shipping take?
Local orders usually take 3-5 business days, while international orders take 5-10 business days, depending on courier and customs processing.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive your tracking number via DM or email. You can track it through the LBC or DHL website.
do you offer same-day delivery?
yes! we offer same-day delivery within Laguna / Metro Manila areas via Lalamove or Grab. kindly message us first before placing your order so we can check availability

we got you! you can reserve a unit by paying a 30% downpayment, then settle the balance within 24 hours or the agreed period 😊 once fully paid, we'll ship your order right away!
note: down payment is non-refundable

Yes, we accept reservations with a 30% down payment. The balance must be paid within 24-48 hours.

Are the cameras brand new?
All cameras are pre-loved and tested units unless stated as brand new. Each item is cleaned, checked, and documented with photo/video proof before shipping.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds but we can assist and help you!
