Welcome to DigiCams by Kazel! We’re happy you’re here. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read our Terms & Conditions to help keep every transaction smooth and transparent.

 

 Payments

→ PAY AS YOU ORDER

→ All payments are processed manually. After placing an order, customers will receive our official payment details through the checkout page or via direct message.

→ Please ensure that payment is sent only to our verified accounts (GCash, RCBC, BPI, or PayPal). You may also message us on Instagram @digicamsbykazel for confirmation and proof of payment submission.

→ Orders will only be processed once full payment has been verified. Failure to complete payment may result in automatic order cancellation.

→ Accepted payments: GCash, bank transfer, and PayPal (for international buyers).

→ Full payment is required before shipping.

→ For reservations, a 30% down payment is required and must be completed within 24–48 hours. Failure to settle within the timeframe will automatically cancel the reservation.

→ Installment payments are not accepted.

→ All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

→ We offer nationwide shipping via LBC and same-day delivery via lalamove (within Laguna and nearby Metro Manila areas).

→ International shipping is available via DHL  (depending on destination).

→ Once shipped, we are not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damages during transit — but rest assured that all items are packed securely and with care.

→ Proofs of testing and packing are provided before dispatch. 

→ Shipping fees are shouldered by the buyer unless stated otherwise (e.g., promo free shipping).

→ Each unit is carefully packed with multiple layers of protection to ensure safe delivery.

→ Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

 

Product Details

→ All photos, listings, descriptions, and content posted under DigiCams by Kazel are original and owned by our shop.

→ We personally source, inspect, and test each camera — every post reflects the true condition of the actual product.

→ We do not offer warranties, but we provide photo and video proof showing the unit’s working condition.

→ Minor cosmetic flaws (like small scratches or scuffs) are expected with pre-loved units and do not affect performance.

→ Batteries are tested to work upon dispatch, but since these are used cameras, we cannot guarantee battery longevity. Replacement batteries are affordable and easy to find online.

→ Inclusions may vary per listing. Most packages include: battery, charger, strap, camera case, free stickers, cleaning cloth, memory card. Please refer to each product description for exact inclusions.

→ Make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate to avoid delivery issues.
→ For local orders, include Full Name, Complete Address, Barangay, City, Region, Zip Code, and Contact Number.
→ For international orders, include Full Name, Street Address, City, State/Province, Zip Code, Country, and Contact Number.

→ Double-check your preferred courier (LBC, Lalamove, DHL, etc.) and ensure someone is available to receive the package upon delivery.

→ Understand the camera model you’re buying. Each digicam has different features, modes, and battery types — make sure it fits your shooting style and preferences.

→ We encourage buyers to read product descriptions carefully and check sample shots posted in each listing before purchasing.

→ Since our products are mostly pre-loved, please expect light signs of use such as minor scuffs or scratches that do not affect functionality.

→ Be patient with shipping — all orders are packed and tested one by one with care. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.

→ Please avoid comparing prices or copying listings from our shop — every camera’s pricing is based on its rarity, cosmetics, and condition.

→ Any personal information you share (name, contact number, address, etc.) is kept confidential and only used for shipping purposes.

→ We never share your data to third parties.

→ All our sample shots are straight from the camera — no edits, no filters! We keep them raw so you can see the real tones and vibe each camera gives
