Local Shipping (Philippines)

› We ship nationwide via LBC Express.

› Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

› Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

› You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

› For any courier-related delays or issues, please coordinate directly with LBC Express using your tracking number.

 

International Shipping

› We currently offer international shipping through DHL Express.

› Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days, depending on customs clearance and your location.

› Any applicable customs duties, import fees, or taxes will be shouldered by the buyer.

 

Order Processing

› Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays.

› We make sure every order is securely bubble-wrapped and packaged to prevent damage during transit.

› You’ll receive an update with your tracking details once your parcel is dispatched.

› Every parcel is double-checked and securely packed before shipping.

› We also add little freebies and thank-you notes as a small token of appreciation from our shop
